Veal Marsala

So it turns out, lactose free thickened cream? Doesn't boil as well as real. Well, that and I had issues measuring the marsala-substitute (yes I googled it first) so guess-ti-mated. The rest of it worked out well.

A little history

After moving out of home I got annoyed with the few quick recipes I know of. So I started looking for cheap, quick, yummy food to make. My housemates became my guinea pigs and the idea for this blog was born.

Fast forward to sitting on the couch, drinking tea (which is AWESOME) and trying to find an equally awesome name for this blog... Since someone else had already taken the name of Mastication Station, ideas were tossed around until from outside of the room came: "Oi! Where's my tea?" While semi-housemate N was referring infact to undelivered hot beverage, the name kinda stuck. And here we are.

Or for the shorter idea of the name: What happens when you're studying for an exam, and all of a sudden its 21:05, you're in the hick town that shuts shops at 9pm and there's nothing in the house? What do you cook? Well my friends, you've come to the right place!
